1. When will my order ship? Where do you ship from?
Most orders are shipped the SAME business day via UPS Ground. We do offer paid, expedited shipping. We are based in Leander, Texas.
UPDATE 12/21: Orders placed after 12/21 will ship 1/4!
2. How do I clean my Bås?
We provide a cleaning cloth. You can use glass cleaner on the lacquered wood, but only use water and a washcloth on the velvet.
3. What does the packaging look like?
Your Bås will come in an outer box that is black with silver foiled lettering. Inside, your Bås is wrapped with a foam sheet. We take extra special care shipping to avoid damage.
4. Do you take returns?
Yes, we accept returns for 30 days. Buyer must pay return shipping and return in original packaging.
5. Will you be adding more products?
Yes, we plan to have rotating products. This means that after a product sells, it may not come back again. All of the products are truly one-of-a-kind.
